Ben Duske
Digital Real-Estate Frontier started with a simple idea: people deserve real options. Options to invest, to build a business, and to access technology that actually works for them, not the other way around.
Ben Duske founded DREF in Lubbock, Texas in 2019. His background spans diesel mechanics, ECU programming, building automation for critical healthcare infrastructure, and a deep curiosity about AI that led him to Texas Tech University to study Human-Centered AI.
That combination, hands on engineering plus a drive to make powerful tools accessible, runs through everything DREF does. Real estate investing with data driven analysis. Business development with real mentorship. And through Aetherion Technology, AI native hardware and software built for privacy and performance.

How We Got Here
DREF Founded
Digital Real-Estate Frontier, LLC established in Lubbock, Texas. Started with real estate investing and helping families navigate investment opportunities.
Real Estate & Business Development
Expanded into real estate investment loan brokering and began helping families start their own businesses. Built relationships with lenders and service providers across Texas.
The AI Pivot
Ben enrolled at Texas Tech University to study Human-Centered AI, bringing a decade of engineering experience to the intersection of hardware, software, and artificial intelligence.
Aetherion Technology Born
Launched Aetherion Technology as DREF's technology division. AI native workstations, privacy first software, and consulting for businesses ready to integrate AI into their operations.
